Unable to Connect to Web Server "IIS Express"

Try below mentioned ways to fix this:

1) Restart computer

2) Restart Default Application Pool from IIS Manager

3) Check for any updates of visual studio. If any, update.

4) Delete obj and bin folder from web application.

5) Change localhost port number from Application Properties
